will take place, featuring Tampere’s biggest 5 k, 10 k, and Half Marathon!

Transfer insurance

Transfer insurance fee 10 €. Transfer insurance entitles you to transfer to the 2027 event in the event of illness (with a doctor’s certificate). The participation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Payment instructions

Registration according to the instructions:

  • Go to the registration system Ultimate Sport Service
  • Select personal registration (for groups, see instructions below)
  • Select a running distance
  • Fill in participant information
  • Accept information
  • If you are registering more than one person at a time, select more participants
  • Go to checkout
  • Select a payment method and pay
  • When paying with Epass, select the Epass credit card image (payee Ultimate Sports Service)
  • When paying with sports benefits, select Sports benefits as the payment method
  • When paying with sports benefits, you cannot register other people at the same time. Sports benefits are personal and cannot be used to pay other people.

Please register according to the instructions:

  • Enter to register page and fill in the registration information according to the previous instructions
  • Go to check out and enter the discount code in the promo code field

 

  • Go to the registration system Ultimate Sport Service
  • Add company / community ”Lisää yritys / yhteisö”
  • First create a profile for your team by filling in the requested information You can use the profile to edit your registration information later and add participants to the same group later
  • Enter your billing information and press Next ”Seuraava”
  • Check the information and create a team. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to add the runners’ registration information.
  • Log in to the team leader page (= the profile you just created), and enter the runners’ information one by one. To save the information, press Add ”Lisää” or ”Lisää uusi” if you want to add participants. If you want to edit the information after adding it, edit the desired information and press Update “Päivitä”. You can also give the team members’ password (different from the team leader’s password) to the team members, and they can add themselves to the already created team under “Register as a team member” / ”Ilmoittaudu ryhmän jäseneksi”
  • Create an invoice from the “lasku” section and pay it. The price of each registration is determined by the time of the registration (no matter when the invoice is created)
  • In the team information (Joukkueen tiedot) you can see the team information you entered and edit it.
  • The search function (Etsi) allows you to search for participants in your team using different criteria.
  • The summary (Yhteenveto) shows how many distances you have booked.
  • From the main page of the registration system, new team members can register for the group you have created using the password you have created for the team. You can also log in later as a team leader and view your order.
  • In the Participant list section (Osallistujalista), you can see those people who have already registered and have allowed their names to be published in the participant list.

Participation can be paid

  • Online banking, credit card or sports benefits.
  • Group registrations made through the registration system are invoiced, see Team entry.
  • T-shirt and cancellation insurance are paid upon registration.
  • Sports benefits cannot be paid with discount codes.
  • Only registration can be paid with sports benefits.

You can pay with the following sports benefits with us:

  • Smartum
  • Epassi, Tyky, Tyky+
    • Paying with Epass, select the Epass credit card image (payee Ultimate Sports Service)
  • Edenred (payee Juoksuaika-tapahtumat)

When paying with a sports benefit, you always first register through the system and then select a payment method.

Select the type of sports benefit you want and the amount you will use when paying with the sports benefit. Check your own sports benefit balance before continuing to the next step.
If your balance is not enough, you can change the amount to be paid with the sports benefit and pay
the rest of the amount with a credit card or online banking.

With Epassi you can pay directly through the registration system. Select the Epassi credit card image from the payment menu and proceed to payment.
When paying with the Epassi app, the location of use is according to the name of each event: Paavo Nurmi Marathon, Aurajoen Yöjuoksu, Ruissalojouksut, Tampere Juoksee.

Please note that the Juoksuaika event office is located at Piispanristi in Kaarina. When searching for a location of use, it is recommended to search by the name of the event, not by the location.

Easiest way to pay with Smartum is due the SmartumPay app.

Please note that the Juoksuaika event office is located at Piispanristi in Kaarina. When searching for a location of use, it is recommended to search by the name of the event, not by the location.

Paying with Edenred the location of use is in every event Juoksuaika-tapahtumat.

Participation guide

Event links

You can see the registration status in real time on the Registered page. When searching for a participant by name, select NAME as the search criterion in the search field.

You can change your own registration information in your participant profile. You will have received the login details in the registration confirmation email.

The results are visible by distance. In the search section you can search for a runner’s result by name or race number. The result link will be updated near the event.

Go to the Ultimate Sport Service results page. Type Tampere Juoksee in the search field and the menu will show links to the previous years.
